This is the very rare 1812 World Map Dome 1 oz Gold Coin Polished Plate RAM from 2018. This copy is limited to only 750 copies worldwide and for this reason is particularly popular with collectors and enthusiasts around the world. This gold coin comes from the Royal Australia Mint and has a bulge, which makes it special.

Front:

On the obverse of the gold coin is a map of the world. This world map shows the traces of Captain Cook and his discoveries. In the 18th century, the world-famous voyages of Captain James Cook captured people’s imagination and revealed important information about the southern hemisphere, especially to scientists, cartographers and explorers.

Back cover:

The reverse of the Royal Australia Mint gold coin features the bust of Queen Elizabeth II. Around it is written “Australia 2018”, “100 Dollars” and “Elizabeth II”.
