– Arbitration courts of first instance in republics, krais, oblasts, cities of federal importance, autonomous oblasts, autonomous okrugs (arbitration courts of the subjects of the Russian Federation);

– Specialized Arbitration Tribunals.

The Arbitration Rules of the Russian Federation were adopted in 2002.
